This page explains in short what VibeStack does with your personal data when you use this website.

Who is responsible

VibeStack, Denmark, is responsible for the personal data on this website (the data controller). You reach us through the contact form on the front page.

What we collect

• Waiting list: your e-mail address and the product you chose.
• Contact form: your name, e-mail address, topic and message.
• A language cookie that remembers whether you read the site in English or Danish.
• A session cookie, only if you log in with your VibeStack account.

Why and on what basis

We use your e-mail address to tell you when a product opens, and your message to answer you. We do this because you gave your consent by ticking the box. The language cookie is needed to show the site in your language.

Who receives your data

Only the VibeStack team sees your data. It reaches them by e-mail and in the admin area of this website. We do not sell or share it with others.

How long we keep it

We keep your waiting list sign-up until the product you chose has opened, or until you ask us to delete it. We keep messages as long as we need them to answer you.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, ask us to correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Use the contact form and we act on it.
